John Yunker is an experienced professional in the fields of product research and publishing. Currently serving as the Group Manager of Product Research at BILL since December 2021, John co-founded and has been the Editor at Ashland Creek Press since March 2011, focusing on publishing works with a global perspective. John also holds the position of President at Byte Level Research LLC, established in 2000, which specializes in web globalization research and publishing, including the influential Web Globalization Report Card. Additionally, John was the Editor at Byte Level Books from January 2011 to September 2023, and previously held roles at Microsoft as a Senior Program Manager and at Pyramid Research as an Analyst. John earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Boston University.
