Lin Jiang has extensive experience in quantitative research and analysis. Lin started their career in 2011 at Magnetar Capital, where they worked as a Quantitative Analyst for two years before advancing to the role of Senior Quantitative Research and Investment Associate. At Magnetar Capital, they were responsible for conducting research and analysis to support investment decisions. Lin Jiang joined Citadel Securities in 2020 as a Senior Quantitative Researcher, where they currently work.

Lin Jiang completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Tsinghua University from 2005 to 2009. Later, Lin pursued a Master's degree in Finance from Tsinghua University, which was completed from 2009 to 2011.
