Giovanni Fernandez-Kincade is a co-founder of Related Works, a boutique consultancy established in February 2017, specializing in data-driven insights for businesses. Prior to this, Giovanni served as a staff engineer at Etsy from October 2010 to February 2017, leading engineering teams and focusing on search, data, analytics, AB experiments, and data science, while managing the Search Ranking Team. Giovanni’s career began at Capital IQ Ltd. from July 2006 to September 2010, where roles included database administrator, responsible for a multi-terabyte financial documents database, and business analyst, designing data entry applications and workflows. Giovanni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Government from Cornell University, completed in 2006.
