Rachid Benboudy has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Business Strategy and International Development at Bijoux Catering Switzerland since 2012. Responsibilities include implementing service guidelines, pursuing new business opportunities, and customer relationship management. Previously, Rachid held various prestigious positions, such as Managing Director and Private Chef for top industry leaders at Lausanne Palace, where culinary skills were honed as Sous-chef de cuisine. Experience also includes roles at FIFA and the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, as well as training in management at MGM Resorts University. Rachid’s career began as a Commis de cuisine at Chapter One Restaurant, with subsequent roles leading to Michelin-starred establishments, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence in cuisine and hospitality.
