Wayne Francis is the Director of Engineering at Bascom Hunter since January 2024. Prior to this, Wayne held the same role at NVision Solutions, Inc. from November 2017 to January 2024. Before that, Wayne worked as a Contract Lead Engineer at LOGLINEAR GROUP, LLC from December 2011 to November 2017. Wayne also served as a Principal Systems Engineer IV at SAIC from October 2009 to September 2013 and as a Production Facility Manager at Qinetiq North America from September 2005 to September 2009. Wayne started their career as a Lead Design Engineer and Systems Engineer at Planning Systems Inc. from March 2000 to August 2005. Wayne holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of South Alabama.
