Kelsea Johnson currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at BIG HAPPY, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsea worked at FullStory from October 2021 to January 2024, where Kelsea advanced from Project Coordinator/EA to Senior Project Manager in CX & Marketing. Kelsea's experience also includes a role as Development Coordinator at Freire Schools and various positions at Success Academy Charter Schools, culminating as Operations Lead. Earlier in Kelsea's career, Kelsea worked at Stony Brook University as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator. Kelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Stony Brook University, earned between 2014 and 2017.
