Memory Thomas is a dedicated professional with experience in various roles within the education and customer service sectors. As a Site Coordinator at Creative Brain Learning since June 2022, Memory oversees attendance, data entry, payroll, and compliance with grant and district guidelines while collaborating with educators to integrate after-school program activities. In addition, Memory serves as a Brand Ambassador for Bicycle Transit Systems, where responsibilities include customer engagement and promotion of bike share services. Previous experiences include leadership and support in after-school programming as a Program Leader at ICES Education, quality assurance at Sitel, and guest service at AMC Theatres. Memory is currently pursuing degrees in Advertising and Business Communications at Los Angeles Community College District and College of Southern Nevada, respectively.
