Stephani Becker has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Stephani currently works as a Human Resources Business Partner at BICS since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Nokia from October 2018 to April 2022, where they held various roles including Early Careers Lead, HR Consultant, and Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist. Before joining Nokia, Stephani worked at Amrop 2GET as a Researcher, focusing on senior leadership positions in industries such as Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods, Retail, and Life Sciences. Stephani also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Roche, where they were responsible for hiring interns and trainees and implementing employer branding strategies. Stephani started their career as an intern at BCW Brasil, initially working in Public Relations and then moving to Marketing.

Stephani Becker's education history begins in 2013 when they enrolled in the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and pursued a degree in Social Communication. Stephani completed their undergraduate studies in 2017. In 2016, they briefly attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree.
