John W. Lehman has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as President of North America Operations at Bibliotheca since October 2015, John previously held a significant role at 3M in the Traffic Safety and Security Division, where responsibilities included managing a service team of over 125 IT professionals and participating in division leadership committees overseeing substantial revenue-generating units. John’s earlier career included a position as an Information Technology Consultant at Advecta, supporting multiple 3M business units, and a foundational role as a Network Apprentice and Production Specialist at INCSTAR Corporation. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and Communications from Concordia University-St. Paul.
