Gwyneth Jelinek currently serves as the Head of Global Customer Education at Bibliotheca, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Gwyneth managed Circulation Services at Fayetteville Public Library from November 2007 to June 2022, overseeing an annual circulation of 1.3 million. Gwyneth's experience in library services also includes positions as Assistant Manager of Circulation Services at the University of Arkansas libraries and Stacks Manager at the Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, alongside earlier roles as a Library Assistant and Desk Clerk. Academically, Gwyneth holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Library & Information Science from Florida State University, and a Bachelor's degree in History/Political Science from Tulane University.
