Gilberto A. Salas De la O is a seasoned Project Engineer with extensive experience in automotive product engineering and packaging design. Currently employed at Bi-Link since April 2019 and Thermotech, Inc. since April 2017, Gilberto has successfully managed project engineering tasks that include risk analysis, dimensional correlations, cost management, and transfer of automotive products, along with extensive planning and customer tracking. Previous roles at Vortex Molding Technology and Genpact allowed Gilberto to specialize in thermoformed packaging design and development, encompassing custom packaging concepts and mold improvements. An Industrial Designer graduate from Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez, Gilberto holds additional qualifications in mold design, plastic injection molding, and core tools, reflecting a strong educational background in the automotive sector.
