Dennis Riandhika currently serves as the Head Of Section AS & CS Operation for the West Java Area at Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) since April 2021. Prior to this, Dennis held the position of After Sales & CS Operation at PT. Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia from April 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included guiding dealers to achieve after-sales service KPI and coordinating management to meet wholesale targets. Dennis also worked at PT. Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors from July 2012 to March 2017, focusing on service business development, performance improvement for dealers, and customer retention analysis. Experience includes a role in research and development at LG Electronics, managing bill of material processes and component analysis, and a brief stint as a project surveyor at Sucofindo. An internship was completed at MBL Antriebstechnik Deutschland GmbH where Dennis implemented improvements in quality control utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
