Randy Petersen is a seasoned professional in business development and environmental remediation, currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at Bhate since May 2019, following a phased retirement from the company where Randy worked as Business Development Manager and Director of Federal Programs from 2012 to 2017. Prior to their tenure at Bhate, Randy was the Environmental Remediation Branch Chief at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, supervising extensive environmental projects. Randy's career at the Corps spanned over three decades, including roles such as Section Chief, Superfund Program Manager, and Project Manager, where Randy led numerous significant environmental initiatives. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
