Sally Marquez, CSC, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at BGSF since November 2021, specializing in hiring for various Property Management roles across multiple markets including Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Philadelphia. Previous experience includes roles as Internal Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Sourcer focused on sourcing and recruiting talent for the apartment industry in cities such as Dallas and Fort Worth. Prior to BGSF, Sally worked at Embrey from October 2010 to August 2019, progressing from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager, where notable achievements included achieving record-setting occupancy rates at luxury properties in San Antonio. Earlier, Sally began a career in property management at Continental Properties Company, Inc., where management roles were assumed after initial recruitment from the hotel industry. Sally holds a degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio obtained between 2004 and 2010.
