Daniel Tomášek has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Stážista - Redaktor at Radio Impuls for a year. In 2018, they joined Thompson Personnel Management CZ s.r.o. as a Personalista until 2022. During this time, they gained experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee care. In 2015, they worked as an Asistent prodeje at ZOOT a.s. for three years. In 2021, they volunteered as a Social Media Support at Diakonie ČCE. Daniel'smost recent role, starting in July 2022, is as a Human Resources Specialist at CoolPeople, where they are responsible for tasks such as talent acquisition, pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with the marketing department.

Daniel Tomášek completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Social and Media Communication from Jan Amos Komensky University in Prague, from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Střední škola UMPRUM Světlá nad Sázavou from 2010 to 2014, where they focused on residential architecture. Additionally, in January 2022, Daniel obtained a certification in Voluntary Service from Diakonie ČCE.
