Jason Peterson has a diverse work history. Jason began their career in the US Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class from September 2010 to December 2014. Following that, they worked as a Lead Wind Turbine Technician at Gemini Energy Services from August 2015 to May 2016. Afterwards, they joined BGIS as a Mechanical Program Manager from May 2016 to December 2017, then as an Assistant Critical Facility Manager from December 2017 to September 2019, and finally as a Senior Program Manager for the Global Critical Environments Team from September 2019 to July 2020. Jason then transitioned to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Data Center Facility Manager/Area Manager from July 2020 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director, Critical Environments Global Accounts at BGIS from May 2022.

Jason Peterson holds a Master of Arts degree in Data Center Leadership and Management from Anglia Ruskin University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Data Center Management Professional (CDCMP), Backflow Tester, Executive Management Certified, Project Management - Lean Process Certified, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Jason has also completed various training courses in areas such as safety and health, incident command, and public information systems.
