Rosa Hong is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations Leader at Bezos Academy since June 2021, Rosa also holds a long tenure at Teach For America, starting as a Corps Member in August 2011 and progressing to roles including Recruitment Manager, Managing Director of Recruitment, and Vice President of Recruitment. Earlier in their career, Rosa worked as an Early Childhood Educator at Mission Neighborhood Centers, Inc. from August 2011 to June 2013. Rosa graduated from Wellesley College in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government.
