Keith Powell currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at The Athenian School, overseeing finance, facilities, food service, transportation, IT, HR administration, and general operations for a progressive independent school. In addition, Keith co-founded C-CRETS, a platform that offers executive coaching and corporate training for underrepresented employees aspiring to reach C-Suite positions. As an advisor at the Attles Center for Excellence, Keith provides guidance on business and philanthropic matters while also holding the roles of interim CEO and Board Chair. Previously, Keith managed private equity investments as a General Partner at Piedmont Partners Group Ventures and served as CFO for Nortek Inc.'s Technology Solutions Group. A significant portion of Keith's career was spent at Eastman Kodak Company in various finance roles, culminating as COO/CFO of Kodak Gallery. Keith’s early career included positions at General Chemical and AlliedSignal, supported by an MBA in Finance from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
