Cristian Rodríguez Chávez serves as a Behavioral Consultant at BeWay Consulting since October 2024 and as a Professor at Universidad de La Sabana since July 2021, teaching elective courses in Behavioral Economics and Information Analysis, while also evaluating and directing master's theses. Previously, Cristian held the role of Change Academy Manager at Change Americas from February 2019 to October 2024, managing numerous projects in cultural transformation and innovation, and leading certification training for over 700 companies. Cristian directed the student affairs departments in both the Engineering and Psychology faculties at Universidad de La Sabana, significantly enhancing the student experience and academic success rates. Cristian's educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology, a Master in Business Innovation, and additional specialized training in coaching and family business sustainability.
