Molly Gilmore is a seasoned database consultant with extensive experience in designing and developing applications for managing research data at the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials, Inc. since October 2009. With a strong background in usability research and systems design, Molly has held various positions, including Manager of Usability Research at Scripps Networks Interactive and Software Architect at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Molly also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at West Virginia University, teaching an online course on UX design and research analytics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from NJIT, a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and foundational studies in Computer Programming at NYU and Modern Languages at the University of Akron. Currently pursuing a Certificate in Natural Science Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design, Molly combines a diverse skill set with a commitment to innovation in user experience and data management.
