Michael Marcangelo began their career in 2007 as an Office Manager/Sales Assistant at Plum Island Kayak. In 2010, they were a Producer/Production Assistant/Street Team at 92.5 The River WXRV. In 2011, they became a Sales Associate at Verizon Wireless. In 2013, they were an Inside Sales Representative at Comcast Cable. In 2014, they became a Marketing and Sales Executive at eCurate. In 2015, they joined Constant Contact as a Senior Online Marketing Consultant and an Inside Sales Consultant. In 2017, they began working at BevSpot as a Manager of New Business Sales & Strategic Partnerships, Sales Manager, Manager of Customer Success, Sales Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. During their tenure at BevSpot, Marcangelo transitioned New Business ARR from monthly to 100% prepaid, which lead to a 44% reduction in churn, compared to 2019. Michael also onboarded and trained four Account Managers to exceed quarterly projections, researched, modeled, evaluated and planned for new growth opportunities, created and maintained sales processes, developed and executed training programs for all account executives, and consistently exceeded monthly team sales targets while training and mentoring new account executives.

Michael Marcangelo attended Dean College from 2006 to 2008 and earned an Associates of Arts in Communications. Michael then attended Suffolk University from 2008 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, English Literature, Journalism, Communication Theory, and Media Law.
