Kate Niederhoffer is a seasoned professional in the fields of psychology and research, currently serving as VP of Labs at BetterUp since February 2022, where Kate leads innovative research on human psychology and workplace flourishing while fostering scientific collaborations. As the founder of Knowable Research, established in March 2012, Kate infused business with psychological insights to drive product and service innovation. Previous roles include Director of Research at 7 Cups, Co-Founder of Sooth, Visiting Lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin, EVP of Strategy at Dachis Group, and VP of Measurement Science at Nielsen Online. Kate holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Neuroscience from Williams College.
