David Harrison is currently serving as the Head of Laboratory Operations and Facilities Support at Burnet Institute since June 2020. Prior to this role, David held positions as Laboratory Operations Manager and Post-Doctoral Research Officer at the same institute between 2008 and 2020. David holds a PhD in Virology from the University of Melbourne, where David studied from 2004 to 2009. David also completed their Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology (Hons) at Deakin University from 1999 to 2003.
