Gregg D. Nolte, P.E. has extensive experience in facilities management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Facilities & Operations for the Bethlehem Central School District since December 1999, overseeing a team of 62 employees and managing a significant budget. Prior to this role, Nolte was the Deputy Commissioner of General Services for the City of Albany, NY, from December 1990 to December 1999, where responsibilities included managing a workforce of 325 and an annual operating budget of $26 million. Nolte also held the position of Deputy City Engineer, managing various construction projects and a team of tradesmen. Nolte holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Hudson Valley Community College.
