Susan Schmalz is an experienced professional currently serving as a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Scrum Master at Be The Match since November 2020. In this role, Susan focuses on relationship building with key partners and stakeholders while communicating product visions and priorities. Previously, Susan worked at TCF Bank from February 1999 to October 2020, holding various roles including Retail Banking Business/Process Analyst, Project Manager, Call Center Trainer III, and Call Center Supervisor.
