Coldon Viator is an experienced Information Technology Engineer currently at Medallion since January 2023. Prior to this role, Coldon served as a Support Engineer at IronNet from April 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining Macs, resolving endpoint issues, and serving as one of three Jira Administrators. Earlier positions included working as a Datacenter Technician, assisting the Corporate Infrastructure team in maintaining hardware, and as a Chiropractic/Administrative Assistant at Demaio Family Chiropractic, where Coldon supported patient therapies, consulted on treatment progress, and managed electronic health records. Coldon holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Towson University and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Networking and Cyber Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
