Michelle Jones possesses a diverse background in education, child development, and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Life Enrichment Assistant at Beth Shalom since November 2022, Michelle has previously held positions including Director at the Andre McCallum Agency and Assistant/Lead Teacher at Asbury Christian Child Development Center, where responsibilities included teaching and ensuring a safe environment for young children. Additional experience includes volunteer work with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, supervising children at the North Little Rock School District, and working in food services and administration with Gloucester County Public Schools and the Middle Peninsula - Northern Neck Community Services Board, respectively. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with an Associate's Degree in Hospital and Health Services Management from Heritage College-Little Rock.
