Joe L. Allen, Jr. has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. Joe L. began their career in 1999 as an Accounting Manager at CALIBRE Systems, Inc., a management technology and services firm with $68 million in annual revenue. In 2006, they became the Director of Finance at PADCO, a private international consulting firm with $50 million in annual revenue. That same year, they also began working at Crosspointe Solutions Group, LLC as a Managing Director and Controller. In 2008, Joe became the Controller at Zimmerman Associates, Inc., a government contractor with $60 million in annual revenue. Joe L. then moved on to become the Controller at PE Systems, Inc. in 2011, a company with revenues over $60 million. In this role, they managed all controllership functions, including general and cost accounting operations in accordance with GAAP and FAR. Joe L. also provided technical expertise and leadership to the Accounting Department and business units in the areas of financial accounting and cost accounting.
Joe L. Allen, Jr. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Xavier University of Louisiana. Joe L. then went on to receive an MS in Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus, followed by an MBA from the same institution.
