Brian Medley is the Founder and Principal of VertexCFO, LLC, established in October 2014, which specializes in consulting, advisory, and outsourced accounting services for high-growth middle market companies. Prior to VertexCFO, Brian served as Chief Financial Officer at Health Inventures from 1998 to October 2013, bringing 21 years of progressive financial and operational experience while maintaining strong communication and C-suite relationships. Earlier in the career, Brian was the Controller for Golden Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and worked in audit at GRANT THORNTON. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
