Chris Groves has been with Best Buy since 1997, holding various positions in inventory management, demand planning, merchandising, IT, and vendor operations before becoming the Vice President for Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Customer Order Experience. Chris has played a key role in expanding the enterprise fulfillment capability, driving business results, and improving operational efficiency. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Geography from the University of Minnesota, their expertise and leadership have been instrumental in shaping Best Buy's success over the years.
