Alix Blanchard currently serves in the Direction de projets at Besançon, Ville et Communauté Urbaine, leading projects such as the Action Cœur de Ville program and the OPAH-RU for the center of Besançon, along with managing the rental permit system for the direction of Habitat. Previously, Alix Blanchard held multiple roles at the Ville de Lyon from September 2004 to December 2021, including Responsable de service Maîtrise d'Ouvrage Publique and Chef de projets in urban planning and public space development. Alix's early career included work at the Agence d'Urbanisme de l'Aire Métropolitaine Lyonnaise, focusing on urban planning evaluations and prospective missions. Alix holds a Master 2 in Urban Planning and City Management from the Institut d'Urbanisme de Lyon and a DESS in Sociology and Local Development from Université Lumière Lyon 2, along with a degree from Sciences Po Lyon.
