Rachel Thompson

Retail and Customer Service at Beryl

Rachel Thompson has a variety of work experience in different industries. In 2008, they worked as a Press Officer for the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta. In 2009, they held a role in Corporate Communications at Cadbury plc. Rachel then worked at Macquarie Bank in 2010 as an Internal Communications Manager. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued their passion for cycling and worked as a Cycle Tourer. Most recently, since 2013, Rachel has been working at beryl.cc, where they set up the Retail and Customer Service function from scratch. Rachel implemented a multi-channel support platform and created a self-service support portal for customers.

Rachel Thompson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art from the University of the West of England from 2003 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's Degree in Journalism from the same university from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their tertiary education, Rachel pursued a Foundation Degree in Art & Design at Ravensbourne University London, although specific years of attendance are not provided.
