Natalie Lartey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy, policy, and training focused on racism, global development, and environmental injustice. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Wood & Water since May 2021, Natalie leads initiatives to enhance cultural and racial diversity within organizations. Concurrently, as a Training Associate at Bond UK, facilitation of training programs in advocacy and international development is a primary focus. In the role of Advocacy & Engagement Manager at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), efforts are concentrated on addressing racism in sustainable development narratives.
