Natalie Lartey

Natalie Lartey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy, policy, and training focused on racism, global development, and environmental injustice. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Wood & Water since May 2021, Natalie leads initiatives to enhance cultural and racial diversity within organizations. Concurrently, as a Training Associate at Bond UK, facilitation of training programs in advocacy and international development is a primary focus.
