Nicole Friesen has a diverse work experience in HR and personnel development. Nicole began their career at BENTELER Group as a Referentin for Personalentwicklung in 2004. In 2004, they also worked at Accenture as a Referentin for Compensation & Benefits. Nicole then joined Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA in 2007 as Director of Compensation & Benefits. In 2012, they became a Senior Director for HR-Services Strategy & Controlling at the same company. From 2017 onwards, Nicole served as the Senior Director of HR Coordination & Shared Services. In 2020, they briefly took on the role of Leitung Bertelsmann Gesundheitsmanagement. Overall, Nicole has a strong background in HR and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Nicole Friesen has completed a Nanodegree in Business Analytics from Udacity and holds a degree in International Business Studies (Diplom-Kauffrau) from Paderborn University.
