Ries Meertens is a seasoned business coach for architects and designers, with over 30 years of experience in coaching and managing creative companies. Currently serving as a business coach for the Beroepsorganisatie Nederlandse Ontwerpers (BNO), Ries provides guidance to design firms and individuals on improving business operations and achieving personal and professional dreams. As a lecturer at TU Delft and the Rotterdamse Academie van Bouwkunst, Ries has developed and taught courses on design consultancy and entrepreneurial action, respectively. Previous roles include managing partner at Kraaijvanger Architects and co-founder of MMID Full Service Design Team. Educational qualifications encompass certifications in lean management and strategic design management, alongside a degree from the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam.
