Benjamin Hess is an experienced Embedded Software Architect and Engineer at BERNINA International AG since July 2013, specializing in embedded C++ with real-time operating systems, model-driven development, and toolchain development in C#. Previously, Benjamin worked as a Software Engineer at Swiss Capital Group, focusing on internal data acquisition tools in C# and optimizing TSQL stored procedures. Benjamin also gained experience at ETH Zurich, assisting PhD students with C++ projects in real-time Linux, and completed an apprenticeship as a computer scientist at Swisscom. Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from ZHAW School of Engineering.
