Matti Hurttia has a diverse range of work experience, spanning over several years. Matti began their career in 1994 as the owner of La Grange Bar&Kitchen and continued in this role until 1999. After that, they joined S-ryhmä / S Group as an Executive Chef, a position they held from 1999 to 2011. In 2011, they became the Hotel and Restaurant Director at Ruka Gnome Restaurant Oy. In 2017, they started their own business, EatRuka Catering by Chef Hurttia, where they served as the Owner. Most recently, they have worked at Berner as both a Sales Manager (since August 2019) and an Account Manager (since January 2020).
