Maryam Nanase has over 13 years of experience in the education and customer experience sectors. Currently serving as Customer Experience Director at Berlitz Japan since October 2010, Maryam has also held positions as Human Resource Manager and Senior Instructor within the same organization. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as an instructor at Zenken Corporation and Minerva Language Schools from September 2006 to September 2010. Educational qualifications include studies at Sophia University from 2010 to 2012 and Shiraz Azad University from 2004 to 2006.
