Katarína Kollárová is a People Partner at the Berlin Brands Group. Katarína previously worked as an HR assistant at DECENT and EY. At DECENT, they were responsible for the whole selection process, payroll administration, benefits administration, and onboarding and offboarding activities. At EY, they were responsible for pre-screening candidates, scheduling and executing testings and interviews, administration of the company website and Facebook page, communicating with universities and partners, organizing workshops and other activities for students, participation in job fairs and other branding activities.

Katarína Kollárová has a field in Social and Work Psychology from the Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave. Katarína also has a certification from the AIHR in Learning and Development Certificate.
