Denis Rybalka is an experienced software development leader currently serving as the Head of the Software Development Department at Bergx2 GmbH since July 2016. Responsibilities include recruitment, hiring, and the integration of various CRMs for human resources, learning and development, and sales. Denis has successfully hired over 50 employees, implemented performance reviews, and created a corporate library. Additionally, Denis has expertise in project management, risk management, and delivery processes utilizing Deployment automation, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Previous roles as a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer at Cleveroad Inc. and Microwork.io involved developing custom solutions with AngularJS and NodeJS. Denis holds a Magister degree from Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology and a Specialist degree from Dnepropetrovsk Polytechnic College.
