Lawaneshwaran Kunasilan has held various roles in their work experience. Lawaneshwaran started their career at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech as an intern in October 2019. In 2020, they joined embedUR systems, initially working as a Software Engineer from September 2020 to October 2022. Then they were promoted to the position of Senior Software Engineer, which they currently hold. In addition to their industry experience, Lawaneshwaran also served as a Placement Coordinator at Government College of Technology, Coimbatore from May 2018 to May 2020.

Lawaneshwaran Kunasilan completed a Diploma of Education in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Muthayammal Polytechnic College in India from 2014 to 2017. Afterward, from 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Government College of Technology in Coimbatore.
