Fredrik Øksnes is currently the CCO at Bergen Carbon Solutions. Prior to this, they were the Daglig leder at Lydmiljø AS from September 2020 to August 2021. Fredrik has also held positions at Soundgarden AS, Bergen taxi, and Lydglede AS. At Elprice, they were responsible for purchasing audio and visual products for the company's 24 stores. Fredrik was in charge of budgeting for the total sales, inventory, and sales per product category for the store. Fredrik also created and implemented marketing strategies for the company.

Fredrik Øksnes has a Master's degree in Økonomi og adminstrasjon from Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, General from Handelshøyskolen BI. Fredrik also has a Videregående in Økonomiske og administrative fag from Fana Gymnas.
