Charlie Ramsay serves as the Head of Assessing & Repair for Motor Claims at Open since November 2021. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at Suncorp Group from August 2012 to November 2021, such as Technical Training & Operations Manager and Assessing & Repair Manager, along with a position as Business Development Manager for Thatcham escribe. Additional experience includes ownership and principal assessing at Stewart Associates from 2007 to 2012, and prior roles in account management and aftersales at R&R Autos and Alan Gibson Ltd, respectively. Charlie Ramsay holds a BA (Hons) in Recreation Management & Sports Science from Sheffield Hallam University and has completed certifications in Motor Industry Management and Motor Vehicle Engineering from Oxford College of Further Education.
