Bryan Natto is a Continuous Improvement Engineer and Quality Engineer at Benshaw, Inc., with experience starting in September 2013. Responsibilities include facilitating documentation and organization within project management, analyzing processes for efficiency, and designing custom workflows in SharePoint and Confluence. Bryan designed programs that aid in the creation of technical manuals, resulting in improved delivery timelines. As an Industrial Engineering Co-Op, Bryan mapped processes to ISO9001 standards, created performance reports, and led Kaizen events to enhance manufacturing efficiency, saving over 1000 man-hours annually. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
