Ariel Marr is an accomplished Principal Consultant at ValuesFirst Ventures since January 2024, with extensive experience in consulting and economic analysis. Since November 2014, Ariel has been a Birkman Certified Professional at Birkman Consulting and a Certified Emergenetics Associate at Emergenetics International since August 2011, specializing in applying Emergenetics concepts and facilitating workshops. Ariel's previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Senior Manager of Business Development at North End Coffee Roasters from June 2018 to April 2023, and Senior Economist at the Reserve Bank of Fiji from July 2000 to January 2008, where macroeconomic forecasting and policy advice were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics from the University of the South Pacific and a Higher Diploma in Bangla Language from the University of Dhaka, along with a BA in Economics and Computing Science from the University of the South Pacific.
