Todd Marsh has had a diverse work experience. Todd started their career as a Marketing Associate at Allen and Gerritsen in July 2007. In July 2008, they joined US Bank as a CDO Analyst and worked there until August 2011. Todd then joined Benefit Street Partners in August 2011 as a Capital Markets Operations Associate. Todd quickly rose through the ranks and became Vice President of Operations in January 2014, and later became the Head of Operations in January 2016.

Todd Marsh attended Union College from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics.
