Jennifer Weber, PMP, currently serves as Workforce Project Manager at MovePlan, where responsibilities include consulting with clients on workplace changes such as relocations and restacks, while fostering strong relationships to align with business priorities. Prior to MovePlan, Jennifer held various leadership roles at Jumpstart, including Director of Operations & Technology, where project management and resource allocation were optimized for a staff of 150 and thousands of volunteers. Jennifer's extensive experience in operations also includes positions at the YMCA of Greater Boston as Assistant to the President and Manager of Social Media, as well as roles in studio management and photography. Jennifer holds a BA in Women's Studies and Sociology from Temple University, along with coursework in Web Development and a professional certificate in Editorial Photography and Digital Imaging.
