Jerry Baglien currently serves as COO/CFO of Real Estate at Benefit Street Partners since September 2016 and concurrently as COO/CFO of BSP Real Estate at Franklin Templeton since June 2016. Prior to these positions, Jerry held the role of Director of Fund Finance at GTIS Partners from 2008 to May 2016, overseeing finance and operations for various funds and co-investments. Earlier experience includes serving as Accounting Manager at iStar Financial from 2005 to 2008 and Senior Accountant at US Equities Realty LLC from 2001 to 2005. Jerry Baglien holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oregon.
