Melissa Cecil currently serves as a Commercial Project Administrator at Merit, a role started in August 2023. Prior to this, Melissa held various positions at H&M as a Visual Merchandiser from August 2020 to August 2023, and at The Buckle, Inc. as a Freight Coordinator from June 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing shipments, assisting in visual merchandising projects, and processing special orders. Melissa's career at The Buckle began as a Sales Associate, progressing to Sales Lead and then a Sales and Management Intern, gaining extensive experience in customer service, team leadership, sales tracking, and visual merchandising. Earlier experience includes Sales Lead and Sales Associate roles at Francesca's Collections from October 2015 to June 2018. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail with a focus in Fashion Merchandising from the University of South Carolina.
