Kaylyn McManus is an experienced professional in quality management and customer support, currently serving as Support Team Leader at Benchling since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kaylyn held multiple positions at iSpecimen from November 2018 to August 2021, including Senior Manager of Quality and Customer Success and Manager of Quality and Customer Support. Kaylyn's experience also includes working as a Project Manager at Charles River Laboratories from May 2017 to November 2018, and various roles at Good Start Genetics between November 2012 and May 2017, such as Laboratory Operations Support Supervisor, Quality Specialist, and Operations and Quality Control Specialist. Earlier in the career, Kaylyn worked at LabCorp as a Genetic Coordinator Associate from November 2010 to November 2012. Kaylyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Framingham State University.
